PLC Controls

Our production lines are fully automated and programmable. Critical process parameters are monitored, from start to finish, by computerized Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure optimal surface preparation, superior paint application and proper cure cycles.

Automatic Sensors

Technicians are instantly notified, by way of Audible Alarms, if the system’s performance or any of the set parameters have been compromised – even in the smallest of ways. This guarantees rapid response, minimal down time and very little, if any, rejected material.

Scada Programming

Our automated approach to data management gives us the ability to log, retain and track historical process data. This historical data can then be analyzed and used to our advantage. Not only is the data useful in helping to trouble shoot and prevent issues before they occur, but it also plays a key role in our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Continuous Improvement processes.
